1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Kindaria platform (the website www.kindaria.com and the mobile app — the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Kindaria helps parents and caregivers in Egypt discover nurseries, schools, activities, and kids' areas, read parenting articles, use on-device parenting tools, write and read reviews, and buy and sell pre-loved children's items in a community marketplace. Browsing the directory, articles, and tools is free and available without an account; some features (such as saving favorites, posting marketplace listings, and writing reviews) require signing in.

3. Accounts

You can browse Kindaria as a guest. To use certain features, you may create an account by signing in with Apple or Google, providing your name and, optionally, a phone number. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Acceptable Use and Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree to:

Use the Platform lawfully and treat other users with respect.
Not attempt to scrape, copy, or republish Platform content without prior written permission.
Not interfere with the Platform's operation or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Not impersonate others, harass users, or post spam.

5. User Content, Reviews, and Marketplace

The Platform lets you create content, including marketplace listings, photos, reviews, and ratings ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and are solely responsible for it, you grant Kindaria a license to host and display it within the Platform, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content: You agree not to post content that is illegal, fraudulent, offensive, abusive, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass or abuse other users. Kindaria has zero tolerance for such content or behavior.

Moderation: We review User Content and may remove it, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can report content and block users from within the app; we review reports and act on them, typically within 24 hours.

Marketplace transactions: Marketplace listings let users sell and buy pre-loved children's items. Transactions are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. Kindaria does not process payments, is not a party to any transaction, and is not responsible for items, their condition, payment, delivery, or disputes. Do not list prohibited, unsafe, recalled, counterfeit, or illegal items. Always inspect items and verify details before buying.

Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience and must not be false, misleading, or defamatory.

6. Business Listings

If you represent a business (nursery, school, activity center, etc.) and submit a listing request, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it. Kindaria reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer

Information, listings, articles, tools, reviews, and user content on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only and on an as-is basis. Kindaria does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, including content posted by users or listed businesses, and is not responsible for interactions or transactions between users. The parenting tools and articles are for general guidance only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. We advise parents to verify details directly before making any decision.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Kindaria. No part of the Platform may be copied or reproduced without prior written permission. Images and logos of listed businesses, and content posted by users, remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or your account, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or post objectionable content. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform after posting constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
