This Privacy Policy explains how the Kindaria Platform (our website www.kindaria.com and our mobile app) handles information. Kindaria helps parents and caregivers find nurseries, schools, activities, and kids' areas, read parenting articles, buy and sell children's items, write reviews, and use parenting tools. Browsing is open to guests without an account; some features (such as saving favorites, posting marketplace listings, and writing reviews) require signing in.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name (required) and an optional phone number you choose to add, and we create an account identifier for you. Browsing as a guest does not require an account.
• Location: With your permission, we use your device's precise location to show nurseries and schools near you ("near me") and on the map. Your coordinates are used only to return nearby results; we do not use them to track you, and you can turn location access off at any time in your device settings.
• Photos and camera: With your permission, we access your photos or camera so you can add images to your marketplace listings or reviews. We only access the images you select.
• Content you create: Marketplace listings (title, description, price, category, location, photos, and the contact phone/WhatsApp you provide), reviews and ratings, and any reports you submit.
• Information from the "Add Your Business" form: If you own a business (nursery, school, activity, etc.) and choose to list it with us, we collect the contact name, business name, phone number, and the type of business you submit.
• Usage and technical information: We collect limited product-interaction/analytics data to understand and improve the app, and our servers log general technical information (device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, and access timestamps) for operational and security purposes.
• Data stored locally on your device: The app stores your preferences (such as preferred language and onboarding completion) on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide core features: sign-in, nearby search and maps, the marketplace, reviews, favorites, and parenting tools.
• To let buyers and sellers reach each other; the contact details on a listing are shared with users you choose to share them with.
• To moderate user-generated content, enforce our marketplace rules, and act on reports (within 24 hours), including reviewing or removing content and blocking users.
• To contact business owners who submitted a listing request in order to complete their listing.
• To operate the website and app correctly, ensure their security, prevent abuse, and analyze aggregate usage statistics to improve performance.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell any information to third parties. We may share information only in the following cases:

• With other users when you choose to (such as your marketplace listing contact details, and your public reviews and listings).
• With service providers that help us operate the Platform (such as server hosting and content delivery networks), who are bound to keep such information confidential.
• When legally required by a competent authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Kindaria and its users.

4. Cookies (Website)

Our website uses simple cookies to remember your language preference and for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data Security

We take appropriate security measures (including HTTPS transport encryption) to protect information from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which removes your profile and associated content.
• You can edit or remove your listings and reviews, and manage location, photo, camera, and notification permissions in your device settings.
• Deleting the app from your device removes all locally stored preferences.
• If you submitted a business listing, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information via the email address below.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Platform is intended for parents and caregivers (adults). We do not request or knowingly collect personal information from children, and the Platform is not directed to children.
